hi there,

for syslog-rfc3164 the attribute time_format is defined twice.

i would suspect that the later one will win, but i am not sure of this is the correct value.

could you please check & fix the issue?

BTW: i just noticed that you are using github actions, it might makes sense to add a yamllint check, to prevent such issues in the future?
