Slight code cleanup, fixes for travis

CLight cleanup in code:

• Updated the license year
• Removed PHP 5.x tests
• Removed Ops that are no longer relevant (depended on older versions of PHP)

Travis builds failing but this appears to be a longer running issue that might be worth investigating.

This fixes #44 however it has uncovered the fact that test are failing (also failing locally).
