Non-10X data input #6

Hi! Would i be possible for a user to somehow change some parameters/settings so other dataset types could be used instead of 10X? In 10X the barcodes and UMI's are positioned and located as such: 'adapter - barcode - UMI' Could that be adapted to, for example 'index primer sequence - barcode - index primer sequence - TSO - UMI'

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in scywalker! Changing the adapter/index structure is currently unsupported, primarily because we are working on 10X data at the moment. Which technology do you have in mind that results in the structure you mention?
