loading indicator #44

loading indicator when the page is not yet displayed, (because the data is being loaded from scan API and rpcs)

STEPS:

  1. clear localstorage
  2. open the dapp (for the first time)
  3. see that the page took a long time to load data, without any indicator

@blackskin18 please make it a 70% opacity overlay ontop of the real layout, instead of the current opaque screen
