More documentation on usage with generics #26

Hi, I see #20 adds support to generics, could you update your docs with more information and examples on how to use it?

Thanks @rcbop! I've updated the readme to show some implicit usage and added a few test cases in https://github.com/derision-test/go-mockgen/pull/27. Let me know if there's some other specific usage you'd like documented in more detail.
