plugin.cfg version did not increment #5

Just a tiny thing I noticed after reading (and internally sobbing) about .res incompatibility in Luis's Issue.

plugin.cfg has the line : version="0.0.1" but I believe it should be : version="0.1.0"

Your amazing Godotneers vid on saving & loading brought me here. Thank you!

The classic, thanks a lot for reporting this. I'll add a release check list and bump the version with the next release!
