Thank you for your request, but would you mind explaining in a bit more detail what you are thinking of? Today the tool for your 1st part exists; the 2nd part is done trivially by typst

Are you thinking about embedding the generated typst in a different document?
I was wondering if it would be better to divide it into two. First, a tool to transform a Jupyter NB into typst and a second one which took the first tool, typst and compile it into a pdf.
This would have the plus that (with a shameless request) anyone (me included) could load Jupyter notebooks into typst.
