Device broadcasts the network hiphonix for direct connection. This network provides direct accessibility for configuring wireless network settings. This network also enables standalone usage without configuring wireless network settings.

Provided via connman tethering. Disables hostapd.

Confirmed that connman tethering network works on iOS, OSX, Linux, Windows and Android.
