Timestamp overlay #1077

For camera feeds where a timestamp has not been already included as a watermark on the image itself, it would be great to be able to display a timestamp that keeps in sync with the video playback. In combination with https://github.com/dermotduffy/frigate-hass-card/issues/1076 this would allow the timestamp to remain visible even when zooming in.

Frigate allows you to write timestamps to the camera feeds btw.
