Twitter grabber often fails to Fetch #261

Describe the bug When using the Fetch function with a Twitter URL in the New Image page, often (~75%) the Fetch will fail. After multiple attempts the Fetch will eventually work and image/description/tag be correctly grabbed.

Has been observed in both derpibooru and furbooru.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to New
  2. Add a Twitter post URL to the Fetch field and press Fetch
  3. Observe image fails to load
  4. Retry as many times as needed
  5. Observe eventually image does load

Expected behavior Image loads when hitting Fetch.
