ShenmueDKSharp Implementation #38

Export and remove all finished file formats to ShenmueDKSharp. Import all file formats from ShenmueDKSharp.

This will be done for maintainability reasons and for giving other developers an source for all the file formats.

Every functionality is inside the SDK.
