I didn't finish the muffingen chapter (5) cause I think the instructions are incomplete, or I couldn't understand it anyway. I started editing the muffingen doc, but I forgot to fork it before I made some commits, so I think I was the only person able to see that pull request...anyway, I edited the other chapters 1-4, 6 and those commits are here.
In general, I made some comments about they way some of the writing comes across, particularly to ESL students/people...they might not get some of the humor of misspelled things you don't respect (e.g., windoz), and some things that seem "obvious" are not in fact obvious unless you've seen/experienced something before...so some things to keep in mind overall to avoid "turning off" learners.
I wonder if chapter 5 could come later? Having to switch to using Matlab and reading a different user-guide/manual seems like a bit of an interruption in the workflow...but maybe it makes sense for the structure of the class within a quarter.
