Dom omen sed howto #9

Hello.... I mainly added text to the HowTo Section for OMEN-SED. Sometimes -- I also changed older text where you state sth like "there is no option to preserve organic carbon" - here I refer to the HowTO section.

I also use config-files we are about to merge into muffin master as example runs.

I hope, the pdf does not want to merge this time!
