only show boot splash on cold boots

Instead of always showing boot, only show boot images/splashes on cold boots...

I'm not sure this is useful as an option but we may make this a permanent change if there are no complaints from others.

I know, this is just meant more for looks, especially when rebooting out of twl mode (dsimenu++) or extended memory mode or doing reboots.
