Add Application -- "Add tag" should not allow adding empty tag value #203

Currently, pressing the "Add tag" button with no text in the box to its right adds an entry with no value, preventing saving the new application.

This is in source/class/module/dgallery/mystuff/CellEditorFactory.js The tagAdd button should be initially disabled.
