Here are the fixes for issue112 client side. The second test involving testing the types of valid images could probably be improved logically somehow. I am open to suggestions.

Also, what was the result of your tests where you renamed a file of one type to look like another type? Does the data url say it's the real type, or the type that the file name indicates?

The data url changes based on what the file type is.
