Null tags #226

it seems that null tags are possible after viewing projects recently uploaded by students. An example: http://app-inventor-gallery.appspot.com/rpc?tag=getinfo:33006

In the list of tags, null is present.

This won't fix existing apps which have the empty tag in them, but will prevent new ones from occurring. The "Add Tag" button is now disabled if there is no text in the box. (This portion of the interface is terribly unintuitive, and will revamped.)

Currently available tools do not allow removing the null entries from the datastore. For now, Paul, please just ignore null tags.

This is now available in the alpha003 version.
