Support for Signals "New Groups" #40

There is a new group system in Signal with has features like admins and mentions. Signal currently asks all groups to update to the new system, which leads into me being removed from these groups for using siggo, since its not compatible. Would be nice to add these new group features

@georgkrause Hey thanks for the report. Is this something that is fully supported by signal-cli?

I don't know but I guess... no?

Edit: I investigated a little, found there is a new version for signal-cli released 3 days ago which solves the problem. Sorry for filing this useless report :(
