This adds a feature that should allow for resolving conflicts in case when one of the devices was offline and didn't get a chance to push the save.
This corresponds to functionality pictured below
Additionally I managed to track down some timestamp issues, just downloaded save could have a different timestamp imidiately prompting for another download.
