[Bug] Region of Interest misalignment when downscaling #5

This has been mentioned elsewhere and I think Rodney is already aware, but just in case.

The Region of Interest becomes misaligned when downscaling.

This seems to also sometimes(?) happen when Canvas is bigger than Output.

Encoder used: NVENC h264
