added "special" contexts (with a leading `@@` instead of a `@`) #11

Special contexts, starting with double @ can be used for standing out "special" todo lines, such as the actions that you are currently focusing.

Is this a part of the standard?

Not really, rather a personal "extension" for easily identifying next actions.
