Tox tests don't use isolated binaries #85

tox.ini is configured to use path-relative executables for the test runners. 
This can mask dependency installation issues by allowing the tests to run with 
a non-isolated binary.

The attached patch resolves this.  However, running the jython tests like this 
exposes an additional error (included as issue #84)
