Provide ability to serialise and de-serialise to other formats than just JSON.

This is a JSON Java library, not something else. I found this issue quite 
useless.

This is beyond the scope of this library. Additionally, different formats have 
different semantics (e.g., how would you serialize a nested object into CSV?).
