I just downloaded this from github and nothing is draggable right now. The components folder is missing in the download.

Draggabilly is a Bower package. After cloning or downloading, you'll need to run bower install to get the necessary components.

bower install

Otherwise, if you just want to use Draggabilly immediately, use one the of packaged source files provided on http://draggabilly.desandro.com
