Update wget.py remove port 80 limitation

Removed fixed port 80 if some attackers like to download stuff from destinations other then Port 80...

The restriction was added on purpose to prevent using wget as a port scanner. One possible solution is to add it as an option in kippo.cfg, as well as (greatly) rate limiting the use of wget within kippo.
