Files not getting stored

I am seeing a lot of activity and when they run the wget or other file download attempts and actually dl files, they are not getting stored in the dl directory for review, what settings or changes do i need to make to capture these files

Tested this, and files seem to download fine.

Using the last version of twisted that works with kippo: pip install twisted==15.1.0
