Google speech doesn't read last few letters of the text (Windows 10 x64) #23

Hello, reading a text is working fine but I have an issue on my Windows 10 x64 machine. For every text read by google speech few last letters are omitted of the text which is read. Described here problem doesn't appear on my Linux machine. If anyone knows what may causing this problem please let me know.
