Some bugfixes and a resource type to define pull rules #34

Our branch contains some minor bugfixes and a new resource type to define pull rules. We use this to have a staging and production area where we fist pull packages from external repositories into the staging area with an update rule and then pull them into the production distribution with a pull rule.
