kanso push failed #3

This is on MacOS 10.6.8

Hello,

think this is a known problem on MacOS, but has nothing to do with Kanso-CRUD-GUI itself. Look on https://github.com/kanso/kanso/issues/333 for the same problem or google for "EMFILE, too many open files" MacOS 10.6.8.

for others that bump into this, workaround with: ulimit -n 512

then retry the kanso push kcgui
