Load order #2

When we start converting things other than basic player attributes, we'll need the ability to load the player's load order in both games and look up records in the appropriate plugin. This also means we need to know the path to the game directories. This should be auto-detected if possible, or supplied through configuration if not.

This has been implemented via the World types.
