There are a number of Morrowind features that don't exist in Oblivion, such as lycanthropy and levitation. Many of these features have already been added to Oblivion with popular mods. We should add a system for detecting such mods when the user has them installed and leverage them to convert Morrowind features that could otherwise not be converted.
