Moving post-related stuff to a single file #17

I moved the Discourse-related stuff to a single file.

I also added a utility python -m audiotools.post which helps you to compile the README (and all codebraid-enabled files) into the Discourse post that can be copy/pasted. You can also compile the README locally into an HTML file, for local viewing and post-drafting.
