"Trying to get property of non-object" in user office form

When you try to edit the field Inizio of an user office, you get

_Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/nikname/Documenti/kyss/views/partials/_officeform.php on line 40

and you are not redirected to the users offices list.
