Bulk item filter in a module, in a router; use the filter GUI to merge/load the targeted inventory. Inventory appears in the GUI, but isn't always saved to the filter; when GUI is closed, filter still shows 0 items.
Pre-loading the filter by shift-clicking on the inventory appears to work around this problem. So seems to be limited to placing a new, blank, filter into a module.
