Error message "Could not find a suitable compiler..." is not informative #4

Error message "Could not find a suitable compiler for the source files" does not tell the user what to install to make the project build. Bake should suggest a suitable compiler or at least print the language for which it could not find a compiler.

This is one of those "in my head" bugs that I hadn't filed. Completely agree.

In general, Bake should handle all the common failure cases gracefully. I've been improving the messages over time, but I haven't done a methodical review of them yet.
