Communication steps:
1- Communicate the change (mention the key benefits for each stakeholder. Ex: transparency, greater control over information, chance to take any required/desired action before the report consolidation, practicality, time saving, accurate information). In this communication we can have users talking about their experience with the solution. Ex: Diogo or Gabriela.
2- Training/education sessions (check the possibility and necessity of this type of training. We can record a simple self-learning video and send it by e-mail)
Briefing
1- What’s the outcome you seek?
2- Who is the audience?
People impacted for the solution – who are them?
3- Where is the audience coming from, and what do you want them to think, feel or do differently?
4- Which is the key message?
5- What are the 2 main points to move the audience to action?
6- Channel (How and When)
7- Measurement – how we can measure our success?
8- How will you know when you’re successful? (develop a method or procedure. My suggestion is to develop a method to receive feedback and transform the communication in a dialog with our audience).
An important part of the communication is to give visibility of the project to everyone. In six months they took the solution to a lot of zones, helping many people.
