8.1.42, 8.1, latest - Latest stable release from the 8.1.x branch as of 5-29-24 Setup so that this will auto build the latest stable version. Review and look to move container to run under Ignition users instead of root. Update MS SQL JRE to version 12.6.2 from 9.x.x or specifically to mssql-jdbc-12.6.2.jre11.jar

Our team needs 8.1.42 and it would be ideal if this could be completed by 6-28-2024
