Citing a setting in robots.txt - investigate immediately.

Think it's because of the staging environment robots.txt; doing a full push is not recommended going forward. Simply do a dev push.

That was it. Going to request a re-crawl by Google ASAP.

Issue has been fully remedied - in fact, Google results are dramatically improving when compared to results before issue ever surfaced. Yay!
