Does not work with node 11 #2

Works fine with node 9!

@evandrojr knowing that it works with node 9 is not sufficient in my opinion, as people in general prefer that the software works with current versions of everything being used. This course does not work with the current version of rxjs (6.6.6), missing the "rxjs-compat/Observable", regardless of the node version.

It is very difficult to keep any application current, but it is expected from the author / maintainer to do that anyway. This application was created 8 months ago and rxjs has evolved a lot since then :-(
