dynamic.html is not working. #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the medicare dynamic html
2. Enter the location
3. In console it is throwing internal server 500 error for 
'https://storelocator-go-demo.appspot.com/query?callback=?' 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should display the nearest stores.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7
