Can you add a more complete example to the README? Specifically:

[x] Provide a NERSC path to a reasonable weights file.
[x] Show how to compute the inputs that predict expects from a set of spectra in a DESI fits file.
[x] Show how to call predict with these inputs.
[x] Show how to use process_preds to identify which spectra are classified as QSOs.

I am assuming there is already code somewhere that does most of the work of item 2 that you can use?

These are the weights for the BOSS-trained model that we will probably use for the 1% survey:
