The search on the datamodel website does not seem to be working –– after typing in the search (e.g., for "IS_QSO_QN_NEW_RR"), the page is permanently stuck in "Searching..." https://desidatamodel.readthedocs.io/en/latest/search.html?q=IS_QSO_QN_NEW_RR&check_keywords=yes&area=default

This issue replaces desihub/desimodel#175.

This is caused by the way sphinx_rtd_theme is imported in doc/conf.py. The fix is already implemented on the branch package-updates.
