Update fp-metrology file based on fiducial systematics script. #148

update fp-metrology-patch.csv based on fiducial-systematics.py (from 'objorient' branch); and re-run write_focal_plane_metrology.

This updates ONLY the X_PTL, Y_PTL coordinates.

Thanks! I am going to merge this. But can you please add in the comments here a link to a docdb with the results (the slides you have presented on telecon for instance), or maybe better a few lines in the README file in the data directory. This is to keep a record of the provenance of data.
