Fix pixsim #573

Minor fixes to the pixel simulation code. Add now mandatory header keywords and a fix to the PETAL_LOC column in the fibermap table. I also modified a bit the arguments of the script pixsim.

With those changes, one can successfully simulate a desi...fits.fz raw data file that can be processed with the current production pipeline. The simulation is however very slow: about 1 hour per exposure (30 cameras) on a cori node (!).
