The column is partially flagged as cosmic rays here. It is not in the dead pixel mask. We should develop:

an algorithm to flag this in nightwatch.
a tool to easily display preprocessed images with values set to zero on masked pixels to visually find problems rapidely.
an daily inspection of the data.

This is related to #979 to update the bad pixel masks. The tools suggested here would make evaluating new masks easier.

@sbailey As far as I remember, this bad column popped up after we collected the Darks which we use to make the masks. But @julienguy had mentioned it to me and I had manually added a mask for these pixels. I think I have blocked the correct column, but let me know what you find.
