Changed definition of grey time #14

Changed definition from moonfrac < 0.2 or (moonalt x moonfrac < 12.0) to moonfrac < 0.6 and (moonalt x moonfrac < 30.0) to reflect canonical definition cited in FDR.

This PR fixes #13
