Use exposures-daily and tiles-daily instead of tsnr-exposures & tiles #149

AP uses old files called tsnr-exposures and tiles.csv to get completeness information from NERSC to Kitt peak. We should use the more recently named versions of those files rather than relying on the old ones for backward compatibility.
