Exposures table produced by Progress.get_exposures() does not assign units to RA, Dec. #73

Based on a recently-produced exposures.fits file, generated by Progress.get_exposures(), the RA, Dec columns do not have units assigned to them at all. Obviously the units should be degrees. This may be inherited from the progress.fits file, which also does not assign units for RA, Dec.

And it looks like this problem goes all the way back to the desi-tiles.fits file in desimodel, which does not assign units for RA, Dec.

The exposures.fits file produced by Progress.get_exposures() now does set units on RA, Dec.
