excess counts in r2c for morning dark in expid 199611, 2023-10-05 #150

Rows 500-600 in r2c have excess counts in the morning dark exposure 199611, creating a stripe that was not present in the afternoon darks, the morning darks on 2023-10-04, or in exposure 199610.

The stripe can be seen in Nightwatch for expid 199611, but not 199610.

Good catch. Our old friend OSTEP again? I didn't see any sign that this occurred during a science exposure in the sframes; let's close, unless I'm missing something?
