Modified the minitest notebook to:

Uses the ztests method now in desisim.spec_qa.redshifts.py [PR#351 pending]
Adds offline QA back in; figure construction reduced to 7.5min [uses desispec PR#593 pending]

Have tested those cells on output from reference_run 18.2.
